Through our Urban Farming Initiative, we partner with landowners to transform vacant plots into thriving farms—producing food, creating jobs, and giving you a return on your land investment.

Please note: We only accept secured lands that are fenced, gated, and have access to a good water supply.

Urban land is an overlooked asset for production. With smart partnerships, we can increase food production, reduce food miles emissions, create jobs for young agripreneurs, and increase community resilience.

How It Works

  1. Expression of Interest: Subscribe to any of our packages below to indicate your interest.
  2. Land Assessment: Our team will visit your site to assess its suitability for short- to medium-term cultivation.
  3. Contract Signing: We’ll agree and sign the business contract after a positive assessment. 
  4. Farming Setup & Management: All farm operations are managed by our trained team.
  5. Revenue Sharing: You are paid upfront in the case of a leased fee agreement. In the case of a partnership agreement, once crops are harvested and sold, you earn your percentage return based on the product value, scale, and agreed-upon sharing ratio.
  6. Contract Renewal or Termination: Both parties will decide upon the renewal or termination of the contract after the initial expiration period.
  7. Visibility: You’ll get regular progress reports, visibility, and optional involvement.
  8. Sustainable Use: Your land stays clean, monitored, protected, and ready for other future uses when the partnership ends.

Who Can Participate?

We are calling on private landowners, institutions, religious organizations, estate developers, and individuals who own at least one plot of uncultivated land within the city. You qualify if your land is:

  • Vacant, secured, and arable for crop cultivation.
  • Not currently in use for housing or construction.
  • At least one plot or equivalent to 600 sq. meters.
  • Legally owned or managed by you with proof of evidence.
